April 22, 2013 Definitions & Correct Phraseology: SWMRIC = A Database. There is no SWMRIC MLS; it does not exist. SWMRIC is a database of information supplied by 11 member associations A seller cannot list with SWMRIC. Only with a REALTOR from one of the locals MLS's, such as WMLAR.
