Do you know anyone interested in pursuing a real estate career? WMLAR offers the pre-license class 4-5 times throughout the year. Click on Class Schedule to see the latest class being offered.

Every real estate licensee must complete 6 hours of continuing education training each year, even those that are licensed this year! WMLAR offers these classes in a traditional live classroom style as well as on-line. We hope you will take advantage of the many educational offerings here at the Association Office.

2 Day ABR Class March 26-28

WMLAR offers live instructor-led classes throughout the year in a comfortable classroom environment. Remember, REALTORS need to take 6 hours of Continuing Education every year. WMLAR makes it easy! Download the registration forms for the following upcoming classes.

ConEd Online!
Nothing is more effective than instructor-based training, however, if you don't have time to take your ConEd in our classroom, click here to discover how to take your coned courses online.

The State of Michigan requires each person to take a 40 hour class and pass the state exam in order to receive your Michigan Real Estate license. We here at WMLAR offer a 42 hour class by giving you a little extra for your money while preparing you to take the state exam.

Our classes are run on Saturdays and weekday evenings to accommodate individuals who may currently have a full time job but are considering switching careers.
