License Renewal
Now, renewing your real estate license has never been easier. With DLEG’s new online capabilities renewal is just a few clicks away!
Con Ed
The rules state that each licensee needs 18 hours of con ed every 3 year cycle. They are required to take 2 hours of law and rules each calendar year but the remaining 12 hours can be taken at any time during the 3 year cycle. The current cycle began January 1, 2010 and ends October 31, 2012.
Verify Con Ed Credits
You can view a list of the con ed credits the licensing board has on record for you, or your agents. First identify the licensee being checked via the "Verify a License/Registration" page. Licensees can be located by either the licensee name or permanent identification number. Once the licensee information is opened, the con ed information can be accessed. Only courses designated "L" will count toward license renewal for the current 3 year cycle. Courses with an approval number between L5000 - L5999 meet the yearly 2 hour law and rules requirement.
