CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES
We're pleased to offer a link to the online versions
of the same Michigan real estate continuing courses attended in classrooms
annually by over 45,000 Michigan real estate licensees! Each of the
six-hour courses includes the mandatory, annual, minimum two hours of
law, rules and court cases regarding real estate!
Before enrolling in a course, we STRONGLY recommend
that you complete the short five-minute Demonstration Course below,
which describes the software requirements necessary for completing one
of these online courses, the resources available with each course, and
our testing policy.

course should open in a new window on top of this page. If you do this
and nothing happens, you have a pop-up blocker enabled. Try holding
down your Ctrl key when selecting the link to see whether the new window
opens. While this may be a work-around for a pop-up blocker, we prefer
